and organizations
Whether communities and organizations are facing tough challenges,
or just wanting to confirm that they are on the right track, and
making the best use of their resources, they need to take time regularly
to examine their vision, mission and goals. They need to ensure
that their strategy, policies and operations are working together
in the right direction.
Canadac works with communities and organizations to facilitate these
important processes. The role of Canadac can be to:
Facilitate
the initial establishment of an organization, or a
program, through consultation with stakeholders, participants
and funders
Undertake
feasibility studies
Develop
business plans
Organize
and lead the organization through processes of strategic
planning, S.W.O.T. analysis, development or updating
of policies and procedures
